Storyville Petition attracts stellar signatories The petition to save Storyville has now attracted well over 2500 signatories from all sectors of the world's viewing communities. Among them are some very well known names in the filmmaking world, including Kevin MacDonald, whose Oscar-winning film One Day in September was shown in the strand last year. Also showing their support are Nick Broomfield, DA Pennebaker, Chris Hegedus, Werner Herzog and Kim Longinotto as well as a long list of commissioning editors from Europe and the US.
